The Feature Analyst plays a critical role in leading the analysis, definition, and design of complex digital solutions that align with industry needs. By partnering closely with various stakeholders, this senior member of the practice ensures end-to-end alignment and successful product outcomes.

Requirements
- 6 years’ experience in business analysis, feature analysis, or systems analysis, preferably within Agile delivery environments
- Proven experience working on medium to large-scale digital or system-enabled initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to operate at a senior level, influencing stakeholders and shaping solution direction
- Experience mentoring or coaching analysts within a team or practice
- Working experience within Financial Services environments (banking, insurance, investments, fintech) is beneficial but not essential
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Analysis, Engineering, Finance, or a related field (or similar qualification)
- Formal Business Analysis training or certification (e.g. CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, IIBA-AAC) or equivalent demonstrated experience
- Postgraduate qualification (e.g. Honours, Diploma, or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline) is preferred but not essential
