About the Role
We are seeking an Intermediate Electronic Engineer to join our team in Pretoria, South Africa. As an electronic engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing electronic systems and solutions for industrial applications. You will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure successful product development, testing, and integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement electronic systems and solutions for industrial applications
- Support product development, testing, and the integration of electronic components
- Conduct fault-finding, diagnostics, and troubleshooting on electronic systems
- Collaborate with mechanical and software engineers to ensure successful project outcomes
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and specifications
- Provide support during commissioning and field implementation
Requirements
- BEng in Electronic Engineering (or equivalent)
- 3 years relevant experience in electronic engineering within industrial, mining, or manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of embedded systems, control systems, and circuit design
- Experience with testing tools, debugging, and system integration
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools
