About the Role
Join a Leading Luxury Hospitality Brand An exciting opportunity is available for a skilled and hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to join a prestigious hospitality group. We are looking for a practical, solutions-driven individual with strong technical knowledge and previous hotel, lodge, or hospitality maintenance experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the daily maintenance team operations
- Carry out hands-on maintenance, repairs, and fault finding
- Oversee preventative maintenance schedules across the property
- Attend to guest and operational maintenance requests promptly
- Manage contractors and service providers when required
- Ensure plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems are fully operational
- Maintain health & safety standards and compliance
- Monitor tools, stock, and maintenance supplies
Requirements
Previous experience in a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role. Hotel, hospitality, lodge, or property maintenance experience essential. Strong practical knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
