About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Front of House Manager to join our team at a famous club in Cape Town. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front of house, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a large complemented staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Execute cash ups, stock management, opening and closing procedures with accuracy and efficiency
  • Develop and implement effective customer relations strategies to drive loyalty and retention
  • Multitask and prioritize tasks to meet the demands of a fast-paced night-time environment
  • Maintain high standards of service quality, ensuring exceptional guest experiences

Requirements

  • Restaurant or Club management experience required
  • Strong management skills with ability to multitask and manage large teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English
  • Proven customer relations and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

  • Formal education or relevant certifications (if applicable)
