About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Front of House Manager to join our team at a famous club in Cape Town. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front of house, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a large complemented staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery
- Execute cash ups, stock management, opening and closing procedures with accuracy and efficiency
- Develop and implement effective customer relations strategies to drive loyalty and retention
- Multitask and prioritize tasks to meet the demands of a fast-paced night-time environment
- Maintain high standards of service quality, ensuring exceptional guest experiences
Requirements
- Restaurant or Club management experience required
- Strong management skills with ability to multitask and manage large teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English
- Proven customer relations and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Formal education or relevant certifications (if applicable)
