About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Solar Operations Manager to join our team in Bloemfontein. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our solar projects, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
- Building relationships with clients, subcontractors, and installation crews
- Supporting the installation crews during project execution
- Motivating the team to grow further and achieve project goals
- Reporting directly to the Director
- Providing field support to ensure project success
- Budgeting and cost estimation for projects
- Scheduling and coordinating project activities
- Managing procurement logistics and supply chain management
- Updating clients’ communication and subcontractor information
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in operations management and projects in solar
- Experience in electrical construction or solar industry (desirable)

- Formal education/certifications not specified.
