About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Dealer Principal to manage their branch in Nelspruit, focusing on growth efficiency and profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for growth and efficiency
- Manage availability of vehicles and parts
- Meet and set budget objectives
- Staff management
- Review pricing policies
- Develop and drive sales discounts
- Conduct parts pricing
- Work out labour rates and costs
Requirements
- Basic Business and Financial Acumen
- Minimum 5 years Dealer Principal experience
- Product and Brand Knowledge of Iveco, FAW, Mercedes Benz, Mitsubishi, Kalmar, Astra, Liebherr, CIMC
- Sound understanding of sales, service, and parts
- Sound knowledge of Manufacturer and Distributor requirements
- Ability to work under pressure
