About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Attorney to join our team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general litigation, labour law, and dispute resolution. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • General Litigation, including Personal Injury and assessment of claims
  • Labour Law matters, including handling CCMA cases, Bargaining Councils, and the Labour Court
  • Presiding over and prosecuting disciplinary hearings
  • Drafting submissions, rulings, and sanctions
  • Own transport and valid driver’s license required

Requirements

  • Admission to the Attorneys Roll
  • Strong knowledge of labour law and general litigation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
