About the Role

Our client in the Milling & Animal Feed sector is seeking a skilled Maintenance Tradesperson to join their team in Bloemfontein, Freestate. As a hands-on problem solver with a knack for keeping things running smoothly, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of milling equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of milling equipment
Work closely with the production team to reduce downtime and maintain top-notch quality standards

Requirements

National Senior Certificate (or NQF 4 equivalent)
Trade Test Certificate
3 years post-trade experience
Strong mechanical & manufacturing skills
Experience in food manufacturing (bonus!)
Great time management & task prioritization
Ability to work under pressure & think critically
Manual dexterity
Solid electrical/mechanical knowledge
High-tech aptitude & tool proficiency
Fault-finding skills to diagnose & repair mechanical issues
Stock control experience to manage parts & reporting
