About the Role

Hire Resolve is currently seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team in Vereeniging. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining a wide range of infrastructure projects in Vereeniging and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and prepare civil designs for individual & commercial buildings.
Planning and overseeing all projects within the civil and structural department to ensure compliance, completion within a timely manner and budgets.
Plan projects in terms of scope, schedule and costs and designate project resources.
Administer, lead, and supervise building contracts.
Ensuring client needs are understood and accurately addressed.
Manage the execution of projects and attend planning, design, and site meetings.
Prepare & contribute to technical memos & reports.
Assist in preparation of fee proposals and bids.
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders and measure departmental and project performance to identify areas of improvement.
Grow the division to target new clients and find ways to increase quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels.
Mentor your team members and provide a plan to help them achieve PR registration.
Organizing the budget of the division in collaboration with the director.

Requirements

BSc/BEng/BTech Qualification.

PrEng/PrTech Certification.

Analytical thinker with strong problem solving skills.

Meticulous attention to detail.

Must be willing to travel.
