About the Role
WMS Secure is seeking a Recruiter Generalist / Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple job levels and industries. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in partnership with hiring managers, sourcing high-quality talent, and delivering timely placements aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, placement, and onboarding
- Partner with line managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and timelines
- Draft and place job adverts across job boards, social media, and internal platforms
- Source candidates using databases, LinkedIn, referrals, headhunting, and networking
- Conduct competency-based interviews and pre-screening assessments
- Coordinate interviews, reference checks, background checks, and offer management
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports
- Ensure compliance with labour legislation, EE requirements, and company policies
- Support onboarding processes and probation follow-ups
- Assist with employer branding and recruitment process improvement initiatives
