About the Role
We are seeking an experienced External Sales Representative to join our team in Cape Town City Centre, focusing on automotive spares. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the industry and excellent product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prescribe products or services based on customer’s needs
- Generate quotes, sales orders, invoice and follow-up
- Visit customers on regular basis
- Apply the 80/20 principle to optimize sales performance
Requirements
- Grade 12 certification
- Valid Drivers License
- Technical understanding of motor vehicles
- Familiarity with air-conditioning systems
- Industry knowledge
- Automotive parts product knowledge
- Min 3 years experience in automotive after-market parts sales (wholesale/retail replacement parts)
- Experience with mobile (moving) air-conditioning
