Roles and Responsibilities Operations & Sales Support Coordinator / Adminitrator Location: Krugersdorp Industry: Commercial Security Salary: depending on experience Our client is seeking a proactive, take-charge Operations & Sales Support Coordinator to support Technical, Sales, and Admin functions. This role requires someone who can work independently, take initiative, and ensure tasks are completed on time without supervision. Key Responsibilities Technical / Operations Plan and coordinate daily technical workflow for the team Conduct site visits and surveys; ensure work is done neatly and correctly Liaise with clients on site progress and explain work being done Identify additional opportunities on site and communicate to Sales Compile and submit site survey reports and BoQs on time Ensure stock is available for all jobs and coordinate orders with Admin Sales Support Assist Sales with client calls, follow-ups, and lead nurturing Compile accurate quotes based on BoQs and client requests Maintain strong client relationships and provide updates as needed Report on prospects, current clients, and opportunities in weekly meetings Administration / Financial Support Work on Xero for invoicing, expenses, and basic reporting Follow up on outstanding payments and quote approvals Manage stock control and coordinate with suppliers/contractors Ensure all communication, tasks, and client updates are logged and shared General / PA Support Act as a central point of accountability, making sure nothing falls through the cracks Take initiative to solve problems and support team members Ensure professional presentation when dealing with clients or site teams Keep internal systems, files, and processes up to date Key Requirements Proven experience in operations coordination, sales support, or technical/admin roles Hands-on experience using Xero (invoicing, expense tracking, basic reporting) Comfortable visiting sites and dealing directly with clients Strong report writing skills; able to create clear, structured reports Confident communicator and able to follow up with clients, suppliers, and teams Highly organised with excellent time and task management Self-starter who takes initiative and works independently Professional presentation and strong attention to detail Please note only shortlisted candidates will be contacted Employment Details Employment Type: Permanent Employment Industry: Safety and Security Work space preference: I don’t mind Ideal work province: Gauteng Ideal work city: Krugersdorp Salary bracket: R 0 – 0 Drivers License: CODE B (Car) Own car needed: Yes
