In order to be considered the following is required:

• Undergraduate Degree in Business, Engineering or Computer Science advantageous
• Formal Business Analysis Training
• Minimum of 5 years experience working as an analyst (business / systems) on software and process re-engineering projects
• Experience working on projects that follow an Agile project methodology
• Extensive understanding of IT software products / development
• Experience in Software testing
• Experience with process re-engineering projects
• Must be competent in workshop facilitation techniques
• Formal courses in IT Software Development or IT Software Products advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the analysis, documentation, testing and implementation of business and technical requirements for new and enhanced functionality
• Automate solutions and manual processes wherever feasible
• Document business process flows as part of the requirements documents, including. As-is and To-be flows
• Implementation of solutions that are automated and are not aligned to legacy way of work
• Documentation and maintenance of stories as per the Agile methodology
• Produce solution overview and detailed diagrams to support the implementation
• Work with other team members and stakeholders to deliver solutions
• Quality assurance of the solutions implemented, including test pack documentation and user acceptance testing support
• Providing analysis and support for the implementation of new and existing solutions
• Requirements handover to multiple development teams internal and external
• Requirement handover to multiple business teams
• Perform and document gap analysis where required
• Perform and document impact analysis and feasibility studies where required
• Translate business requirements into system/functional requirements
• Engage with business to train them on various business process and provide support as needed
• Compile project related documentation and obtain relevant sign offs as required
• Integrate and implement new and existing systems to their fullest in order to achieve efficient and cost effect objectives for the Group of companies
• Facilitate project requirements workshops, maintain group focus and lead discussions toward stated goals, ensuring clear decisions are taken and decisions and actions are clearly and accurately noted
