About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front of House (FOH) Assistant to join our team at Craven Cottage CC in Limpopo. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, maintaining high standards of quality control, and leading by example.
Key Responsibilities
- General administration, accounts, and stock control
- Quality control of food, food presentation, and service
- Motivating staff and leading them
- Excellent Guest liaison skills
- Maintaining a strong eye for detail regarding all lodge rooms, service, and food
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Minimum of 2 – 4 years in Front of House in a 4 / 5* Lodge
- First Aid level 1
- Outgoing personality
- Previous FOH/receptionist experience
- Exceptional hosting skills
Salary & Benefits
R8K negotiated for the right candidate, 6 weeks on/2 weeks off, 14 days annual leave, Live in, Provident fund after 3 months’ probation, Food provided while hosting, Uniform provided
