About the Role
Hire Resolve, a reputable recruitment agency, is seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our client’s team as a Clinical Medical & Regulatory Director. The successful candidate will play a critical role in leading the development and execution of clinical research programs, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, and contributing to the growth and success of our client.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the clinical and regulatory affairs functions
- Design and implement clinical research programs in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee the execution of clinical trials, including protocol development, participant recruitment, and data collection and analysis
- Manage relationships with regulatory authorities and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables
- Represent the company at industry conferences, professional meetings, and regulatory hearings
- Provide medical and scientific expertise to internal teams and external partners
- Contribute to the development of regulatory strategies and submissions for new products and indications
Requirements
Strong understanding of GCP, ICH, and other relevant regulations and guidelines
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proven track record of successful project management and team collaboration
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Qualifications
Formal education/certifications (Bachelor’s, LLB, Matric, etc.) are not specified.
