About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Dealer Principal to join our team in Polokwane, Limpopo. As a key member of our dealership, you will be responsible for leading our sales and service teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the dealership
- Lead sales and service teams to achieve business targets
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer and distributor requirements
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Foster strong relationships with customers and suppliers
Requirements
- Matric Certificate or higher
- Minimum 5 years Dealer Principal experience (Commercial experience will be advantageous)
- Basic Business and Financial acumen
- Sound knowledge of Manufacturer and Distributor requirements
- Sound understanding of sales, service and parts
- Knowledge of governance and compliance regulations and requirements
