What You’ll Be Doing Build strong, trusted relationships with health and safety officers across the Cape Town region. Conduct detailed site assessments to find and fix gaps in current workplace safety rules. Work with clients to create clear safety strategies that meet strict national regulations. Guide the full sales process from finding new local leads to signing high-value contracts. Keep your knowledge of safety laws current to provide accurate, reliable advice to businesses. Experience & Qualifications A minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience within a service-based or technical industry. A valid drivers license and your own reliable vehicle for regular travel to client sites. Strong communication skills to translate complex safety rules into clear, easily understood business value. The proven ability to negotiate clearly and confidently with corporate decision-makers. Previous formal training or hands-on experience in health and safety protocols is a strong advantage.
