Job Description

This role is perfect for someone who is organized, analytical, and passionate about maintaining accurate financial records while supporting key business processes. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Process invoices, purchase orders, credit notes, and supplier statements Perform bank, supplier, and account reconciliations Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions Capture financial transactions accurately onto the accounting system Assist with month-end processes and reporting Monitor expense claims, petty cash, and company credit card usage Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments regarding financial queries Maintain organized and accurate financial documentation and filing Support the Financial Manager with administrative and ad hoc tasks Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 3 years experience as a Financial Administrator or similar role Experience in the paper, packaging, manufacturing, or wholesale sector (advantageous) Certificate or Diploma in Accounting/Finance Strong proficiency in accounting software Excellent Excel and numerical skills High attention to detail, accuracy, and time management Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Apply now!
