This ultra-modern and trendy EatOut Restaurant on the V&A Waterfront offers a unique mix of award-winning contemporary cuisine with innovative and creative fine dining plating concepts. With a choice of 8 or 12 course tasting menus, the food journey is described by critics as a culinary extravaganza for the eyes and the taste a masterful dive into a fusion of flavours”. ProStaffSelect are in search of a Senior Restaurant Manager to handle and steer daily operations, oversee staff and control both lunch and dinner service in terms of quality of food, drinks and tasting menu experience. REQUIREMENTS: Senior, highly motivated candidate with previous EatOut Restaurant Management experience Advanced food & beverage knowledge with additional skills in WINES, Artisan COFFEE and 5* service standards Highly proficient in Point of Sale and Back of House software as well as Excel, Word & Office Exceptional verbal & written communication skills in English Proven abilities in planning, organising, motivating and directing staff Excellent people skills, resourceful thinker & innovative worker KEY PRIORITIES: Work with daily bookings, invoices, emails and correspondence. Staff scheduling and meetings to discuss menu highlights, set up requirements and service standards Procurement of goods & equipment as well as sourcing, recruitment & training of staff Financial budgets and profitability Staffing and operating costs Guest overall experience and professional yet relaxed restaurant atmosphere Quality and level of service Complete cohesion between front of house and back of house operations
