Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Admitted Attorney specializing in Commercial Litigation and Liquidation to join our client’s legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling complex commercial litigation matters, particularly in the areas of liquidation and insolvency.
Key Responsibilities:
– Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations related to commercial litigation matters
– Conduct legal research, analyze case law and statutes, and provide legal advice to clients
– Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
– Manage all aspects of liquidation and insolvency matters, including creditor negotiations, asset sales, and distribution of funds
– Work closely with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders to negotiate settlements and resolve disputes
– Attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings on behalf of clients
– Stay current on developments in the law and provide recommendations for strategic litigation decisions
Qualifications:
– Admitted ATtorney
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial litigation, with a focus on liquidation and insolvency matters
– Minimum of 5 Years Post Admission experience
– Strong research and writing skills, with the ability to effectively communicate legal concepts to clients and colleagues
– Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills, with a proven track record of successful outcomes in litigation matters
– Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently
– Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
