Job Description
The HR Coordinator will be primarily responsible for ensuring that all recruitment and HR related- administrative duties are
completed in a timely and accurate manner, and act as the first point of contact for job applicants, and enquiries on
company services.
The position will report to the company’s HR Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Liaison with clients and suppliers.
- Coordinate recruitment planning, advertising, and short-listing, interviews and applicant response handling and due diligence.
- Provide support to the company Director on all HR projects.
- Coordinate, attend and document meetings with clients and prospective clients.
- Ensure effective and efficient company administration of HR processes.
- Customization of client’s HR documentation.
- Support clients with disciplinary and grievance procedures.
- Support clients with employee performance monitoring processes.
- Prepare the training pack for all the training conducted or facilitated by the company.
Requirements:
- South African unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34.
- Must not have participated on the YES Programme before.
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management
- Computer literate
- High degree of confidentiality, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Don’t ask for anything that discriminates against personal traits such as age or sex.
- Preference will be given to the candidates in East Rand.
