About the Role
Cracker Zac’s is seeking a strong, operationally disciplined Front of House Manager to lead service delivery in a fast-paced entertainment and hospitality environment. This leadership role requires someone who understands that front of house management is about control, standards, team performance, and guest experience — not just presence on the floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all front of house operations during service
- Take full responsibility for guest experience and service standards
- Supervise, train, and manage front of house team performance
- Handle guest complaints and service recovery professionally
- Oversee shift cash-ups, reconciliations, and variance reporting
- Enforce company policies, service protocols, and compliance standards
- Manage bookings, events, and floor coordination
- Monitor labour deployment and operational efficiency
Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Front of House Manager or senior supervisory role. Proven ability to manage high-volume service environments. Strong leadership presence and decision-making ability. Experience with cash handling, POS systems, and shift control. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to perform under pressure and maintain operational discipline.
