About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Head Chef/Kitchen Manager to join our new restaurant opening in White River. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences and a keen eye for detail to our kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage kitchen operations, ensuring seamless service delivery
- Develop and implement menus that showcase creative, high-quality dishes
- Lead and motivate a team of cooks, sous chefs, and other kitchen staff
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
- Collaborate with the restaurant’s management to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- 5 years’ relevant experience in busy, trendy, elegant establishments
- Proven track record of success in managing kitchen teams and driving menu development
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure, multitasking, and maintaining attention to detail
Qualifications
