About the Role
Unique Personnel Ltd is seeking a skilled Technical Trainer to join our team as a dual function Operator Trainer and Technical Trainer. As a key member of our training centre, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality training material, promoting our products through conduct, speech, and appearance, and assisting our service and sales department on technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present training material of a professional standard
- Promote the Company’s products in conduct, speech, and appearance
- Develop models and tasks to assist learners/attendees in the learning process
- Assist the service and sales department on technical issues
- Maintain the simulators (operator and technical)
- Help in the everyday running of the training Centre
Requirements
- Relevant Higher Certificate / NQF5
- Qualified Artisan Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years heavy Hydraulics & Auto Electrical experience
- Knowledge of all Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word; Excel; PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel, including overseas and neighbouring countries
