About the Role
Kethelo Group is seeking reliable and efficient Pickers and Packers to join our team in East London. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing:
- Accurately pick products from inventory shelves based on customer orders or packing lists.
- Pack items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transportation.
- Label packages correctly and ensure that all items in an order are accounted for.
- Order Fulfilment:
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Organize and prepare orders for dispatch or delivery.
- Maintain a high level of speed and accuracy in order processing.
- Stock Management:
- Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming inventory.
- Conduct regular stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Organize stock in designated areas and maintain a clean, orderly workspace.
- Warehouse Operations:
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to lift and move products as needed.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory management.
- Excellent communication skills for order fulfillment and customer service.
