About the Role
Our trusted client engineers premium industrial pump systems for major local operations, securing absolute commercial market trust over their seventy years of industry history. We are seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth in the local mining and water sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the active daily sales team to achieve high quarterly revenue targets.
- Manage major commercial key accounts within the local mining and water sectors.
- Develop highly accurate technical proposals for complex vertical turbine pump systems.
- Negotiate highly profitable long-term service contracts with active local industrial clients.
- Present clear and accurate daily sales forecasts to the senior executive board.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading an industrial technical sales team.
- Deep working knowledge of centrifugal and split-case pump mechanics.
- Strong understanding of major local mining and municipal water stakeholders.
- Proven daily sales track record against major pump competitors.
- Ability to confidently identify and secure new water infrastructure rehabilitation projects locally.
Qualifications
No formal education or certifications are required for this role. However, relevant industry experience is essential.
