About the Role
Bonafide Human Capital Ltd is seeking experienced Service Advisors to join our client’s team based in Cape Town CBD and Milnerton. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, possess sound product knowledge, and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and capture relevant information to address their needs.
- Check-in vehicles with clients and follow up on parts ordered and bookings made daily.
- Keep customers informed of status updates on their vehicle repairs.
- Handle customer queries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Accurately complete job cards, submit them for costing, and ensure timely completion.
- Arrange hire vehicles for customers and obtain necessary authority.
- Collect payments from customers prior to handing back the vehicle.
- Cross-departmental disciplines as required.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the Motor Industry.
- Computer literacy.
- Valid Driver’s License.
