About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Truck Workshop Foreman to join our team, with a strong background in leading teams and working under pressure. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical and communication skills, as well as relevant trade test qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of technicians in the truck workshop department
  • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
  • Develop and implement effective workshop processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years experience as a Truck Workshop Foreman within the Automotive Industry
  • Valid Drivers Licence (Code 14 beneficial)
  • Relevant Trade Test qualifications (merSETA, Olifantsfontein, QCTO)
