About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Truck Workshop Foreman to join our team, with a strong background in leading teams and working under pressure. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical and communication skills, as well as relevant trade test qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of technicians in the truck workshop department
- Work under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
- Develop and implement effective workshop processes and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow
Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience as a Truck Workshop Foreman within the Automotive Industry
- Valid Drivers Licence (Code 14 beneficial)
- Relevant Trade Test qualifications (merSETA, Olifantsfontein, QCTO)
