About the Role
Kew Foundries is seeking an experienced HR Practitioner to join our team in Kimberley. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for implementing and managing HR policies and procedures, handling recruitment and selection processes, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage HR policies and procedures
- Handle recruitment and selection processes
- Conduct employee onboarding and training programs
- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts
- Oversee performance appraisal and management processes
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and MEIBC Agreements
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Provide guidance on HR matters to employees and management
- Implement and manage all disciplinary/procedural matters associated with employees
Requirements
- Gr. 12 (Std. 10) with Mathematics
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Labour Law or related field
- 5 Years working experience in a unionised Manufacturing Environment after completion of tertiary qualifications (preferred)
- Proven experience as an HR practitioner or similar role
- Previous dealings/exposure to MEIBC preferred
