About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant (Senior) to join our team in Gauteng. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing SAP BW/4HANA data models, developing ETL processes, and optimizing reports and analytics. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement SAP BW/4HANA data models, including ADSOs, InfoCubes, Composite Providers.
• Develop and maintain data extraction, transformation, and loading processes from various SAP systems and within one SAP System.
• Develop and optimize SAP BW queries on Complex data models with Calculations views etc. using Eclipse and front end Live Reporting using SAC.
• Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Assist junior team members in solving complex data issues and identifying problems.
• Develop a solid background and understanding of data integration and how Extraction from SAC to BW works.

Requirements

• Design & Development: Knowledge of Unions and Joins.
• ETL Processes: Experience with ETL processes.
• Reporting & Analytics: Experience with SAP BW queries on Complex data models with Calculations views etc. using Eclipse and front end Live Reporting using SAC.
• Technical Specifications & Documentation: Business process knowledge in Finance area.
• Problem Solving: Ability to solve Complex data issues and identify problems.
• Data Integration: Solid background and understanding of data integration.

Qualifications

• At least 10+ years SAP BW experience.
• Experience working in international teams.
• Accounting Degree/Certification (advantageous).
• Datasphere (advantageous).
• SAC Planning (advantageous).
• Java (advantageous).
• ABAP (advantageous).
