About the Role

The South Africa: Automotive Replacement Part Branch Manager is a permanent full-time position that requires an experienced manager to oversee outlet operations, improve efficiencies, and achieve peak performance levels.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise outlet personnel
Ensure efficient operations on a day-to-day basis
Improve financial and other key indicators
Maintain sufficient stock levels and meet cost and delivery requirements
Develop and lead a motivated team by building working relationships
Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements
Implement continuous improvement and modern marketing/selling principles

Requirements

Matric Certificate (with maths literacy minimum)
At least 8-10 years of experience in a similar management role within the motor industry
Sound technical knowledge and understanding
Experience in motor part sales
Experience managing Profit & Loss, balance sheet, and associated financial responsibilities
Understanding of procurement
Understanding of ISO 9001/45001 or relevant quality management system
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience with stock management
Sales and customer interaction experience

Qualifications

Matric Certificate (with maths literacy minimum)

Salary & Benefits

R 25 000 – R35 000 CTC per month, including company benefits such as a Provident fund and December Annual bonus.
