About the Role
The South Africa: Automotive Replacement Part Branch Manager is a permanent full-time position that requires an experienced manager to oversee outlet operations, improve efficiencies, and achieve peak performance levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise outlet personnel
- Ensure efficient operations on a day-to-day basis
- Improve financial and other key indicators
- Maintain sufficient stock levels and meet cost and delivery requirements
- Develop and lead a motivated team by building working relationships
- Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements
- Implement continuous improvement and modern marketing/selling principles
Requirements
- Matric Certificate (with maths literacy minimum)
- At least 8-10 years of experience in a similar management role within the motor industry
- Sound technical knowledge and understanding
- Experience in motor part sales
- Experience managing Profit & Loss, balance sheet, and associated financial responsibilities
- Understanding of procurement
- Understanding of ISO 9001/45001 or relevant quality management system
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with stock management
- Sales and customer interaction experience
Qualifications
Matric Certificate (with maths literacy minimum)
Salary & Benefits
R 25 000 – R35 000 CTC per month, including company benefits such as a Provident fund and December Annual bonus.
