About the Role

Hire Resolve’s client, a reputable construction firm based in Durban, is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to oversee large-scale projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing contracts, ensuring compliance, and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders while delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the contractual aspects of multiple projects from inception to completion.
Negotiate contract terms with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and quality standards.
Monitor project progress and compliance with the contract terms.
Handle disputes and claims effectively, ensuring risk is minimized.
Provide guidance and support to project teams regarding contract interpretation and compliance.
Prepare periodic reports on contract performance and project status.
Collaborate with legal teams and other stakeholders to facilitate contract execution.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
