About the Role

The Learning & Development Specialist (Automotive) will play a crucial role in enhancing individual and organisational performance within our automotive industry client. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in HR management, training, and development to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement HR and training policies in line with legislation
  • Support Employment Equity and BBBEE training initiatives
  • Identify and analyse employee training needs and development plans
  • Organise, schedule, and facilitate internal/external training
  • Develop in-house training materials and manage resources
  • Handle audits, training records, and reporting
  • Coordinate SETA processes and skills development levy claims
  • Maintain workplace assessment records and update training calendars

Requirements

  • National Diploma in HR Management or NQF 6 in Education/Training
  • Registered SDF/Coach/Mentor/Assessor/Moderator (advantage)
  • 23 years experience in a similar role
