East London: Graphic Designer

About the Role

Working closely with the Creative Manager and Internal Comms, you will interpret briefs from our various businesses across the continent and create content to drive sales and convey a specific message to our consumers. This role also requires you to create content on the internal communication of the business. You will have the opportunity to improve and fine tune your skills while working with a high-profile International Brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visual concepts that communicate ideas and messaging according to client briefs and brand guidelines
• Develop layout designs for various media (digital, print, social) while maintaining consistency across deliverables
• Collaborate with the creative manager and team members to refine concepts through feedback and revision cycles
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting established deadlines and quality standards
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve skills and bring fresh perspectives

Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric National Diploma/Degree in Graphic Art/Design or related creative field
• 2 years’ experience in a similar / Graphic Designer role
• Formal training/certification in the use of Adobe’s Creative Suite / similar
• Experience using Adobe Creative suite

Qualifications

• Portfolio of evidence to be supplied on application
