CREDITORS & PAYROLL ADMINISTRATORLocation: Kew, JohannesburgSalary: R 20000 R 25 000 Start Date: ASAPKey ResponsibilitiesCreditors (Accounts Payable)-Full creditors function from invoice receipt to payment-Capture supplier invoices and credit notes on Sage Pastel-Reconcile supplier statements monthly and resolve discrepancies-Prepare and process weekly/monthly payment runs-Liaise with suppliers regarding queries and payment terms-Ensure correct allocation of expenses and VAT compliance-Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier recordsPayroll-Process monthly payroll accurately and on time-Capture and verify employee hours, leave, overtime, and deductions-Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PAYE, UIF, SDL, etc.)-Prepare payroll reports and summaries for management-Handle payroll queries from employees confidentially-Maintain employee payroll records and documentationRequirements-Matric (essential); relevant accounting/payroll qualification advantageous-Minimum 35 years experience in creditors and payroll-Proven experience working on Sage Pastel-Strong understanding of payroll legislation and accounting principles-Fluent in Afrikaans and English (spoken and written)-High level of accuracy and attention to detail-Strong numerical and reconciliation skills How to ApplyCV and a cover photograph (head and shoulders) Only candidates meeting the minimum requirements will be contacted.
