Academic Delivery Manager Durban, KZN
Our client, a reputable higher education institution, is seeking an experienced Academic Delivery Manager to ensure academic excellence, drive quality at source, and lead key academic deliverables across programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee timely delivery of assessments, lesson plans, and teaching materials
Ensure academic quality and compliance with NQF levels and discipline standards
Lead change management initiatives and translate strategic plans into actionable outcomes
Train, upskill, and support academic staff, including internal and external faculty
Integrate experiential learning through both physical and digital immersion activities
Support research outputs and community engagement initiatives
Manage special academic projects such as orientations, masterclasses, and events
Contribute to university-status development and institutional audits
Maintain audit-ready documentation and produce academic narratives/reports
Apply a proactive, resilient, and highly accountable approach to academic operations
