About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team in KZN, South Africa. As a key member of our FMCG sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with new and existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving consistent sales growth within your territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify new business opportunities and secure sales
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Prepare and present sales proposals and client presentations
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity
- Attend trade shows and events to generate new business leads
- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM records
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in Field Sales
- Experience within the FMCG industry – Baking Goods – Not Retail
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Background in catering wholesalers supplying the restaurant industry (perishables / dry goods) highly advantageous
