Position Summary:
Generates and qualifies leads to maintain a steady pipeline for the sales team. Executes outbound campaigns and manages inbound leads.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Qualify inbound leads and schedule demos for AEs.
• Maintain CRM data and report weekly metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaign follow-up.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years in B2B SDR or prospecting role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and lead qualification frameworks.
