About the Role
The Junior Maintenance Supervisor will oversee maintenance operations in a hospitality setting, ensuring timely and efficient repairs and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and general building systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks and repairs as required
- Supervise and coordinate team members to ensure effective completion of tasks
- Conduct preventative maintenance practices to minimize equipment failure
- Use maintenance tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Maintenance, Electrical, Plumbing, or related field
- Trade Test (advantageous)
- 24 years experience in a maintenance role
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role (preferred)
- Experience in hospitality, lodges, or facilities maintenance is advantageous
