About the Role

The Junior Maintenance Supervisor will oversee maintenance operations in a hospitality setting, ensuring timely and efficient repairs and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and general building systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks and repairs as required
  • Supervise and coordinate team members to ensure effective completion of tasks
  • Conduct preventative maintenance practices to minimize equipment failure
  • Use maintenance tools and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs

Requirements

  • Relevant qualification in Maintenance, Electrical, Plumbing, or related field
  • Trade Test (advantageous)
  • 24 years experience in a maintenance role
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role (preferred)
  • Experience in hospitality, lodges, or facilities maintenance is advantageous
