About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Salesperson with a passion for Automotive Spare Parts to join our team in Mthatha as a Permanent, full-time position. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying solutions to meet customers’ needs, and driving sales growth while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional level of service to current and prospective customers relating to all parts being sold over the counter, online, or any other platform.
• Assist customers in understanding our company’s products and identify solutions to fit their needs.
• Generate sales and renewals while continuing to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a stable work record with no gaps in employment.

Requirements

• Must be a South African Citizen.
• Clean criminal background (checks will be done on shortlisted applicants).
• ITC (no bad debt) status.
• Extensive knowledge of vehicle replacement parts and sales experience in the automotive spare parts industry.
