About the Role
Growit MC is a leading digital marketing agency that helps businesses grow online through website design, digital advertising, AI automations systems, and online marketing solutions. As part of our expansion for 2026, we are seeking ambitious Sales Associates to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are motivated, confident in communication, and interested in building a career in sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify businesses that may benefit from Growit MC services
- Approach and communicate with potential clients
- Generate and submit qualified leads through the Growit MC lead system
- Present Growit MC services and offers to business owners
- Build relationships with potential clients
- Assist businesses in understanding how digital marketing can help them grow
Requirements
- Strong interest in sales and business development
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Confidence when speaking with business owners
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing is helpful but not required
