This role is critical in ensuring facilities operate safely, efficiently, and in line with company standards.The Maintenance Manager will oversee staff, develop and manage maintenance schedules, plan facility improvement projects, and ensure timely execution through effective coordination and resource management. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to planning are key to success in this role.Qualifications and experience A minimum of 2 years proven experience in maintenance management and planning A minimum of 1 years hands-on experience in maintenance or a related trade (Mechanical/Electrical) Holds a relevant qualification in maintenance planning, management, or in the mechanical or electrical field Packhouse experience will be an advantageWhat youll do: Scheduling and project management Planning, managing and controlling the maintenance budgets. Manage a proactive preventative maintenance strategy. Conduct frequent walkthroughs and regular inspections to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of all areas of the facility and ensure the proper working of all electrical/mechanical.
