About the Role
As the Head Barman at Craven Cottage CC, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our bar, ensuring a smooth running of the service, and providing exceptional customer experiences. You will also have the opportunity to create and develop new cocktail recipes, train and mentor other bartenders, and contribute to the development of our unique and desirable menu.

Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of luxury Hotel / high-end Bar experience in a senior role
Mixologist / WSET certification advantageous
Fluent in English
Computer literate including POS systems
Excellent leadership, communication, and guest service skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and problem-solving in a high-pressure environment
