About the Role
The Eastern Cape Dairy Student Programme at Number Two Piggeries is a demanding and challenging opportunity for graduates and students to grow in the agriculture industry. We are looking for individuals who are committed to pursuing a career in dairy farming and are willing to pitch in wherever needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in daily farm operations, including milking, feeding, and animal care
- Assist with farm maintenance and repairs
- Learn about dairy farming best practices and industry developments
- Contribute to the overall success of the farm through hard work and dedication
Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a student or recent graduate in agriculture, veterinary science, or related field
- Strong knowledge of agriculture and dairy farming principles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with physical demands
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Qualifications
No formal qualifications are required for this programme. However, relevant education and experience in agriculture will be advantageous.
