About the Role
Hire Resolve’s client is seeking an experienced AgilePoint Developer to join their team in Johannesburg, GP. The ideal candidate will design, develop, test, and implement business process automation solutions using AgilePoint and related technologies, bringing a keen eye for efficient digital workflow solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop workflows, forms, and applications on the AgilePoint NX platform.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into AgilePoint solutions.
- Create reusable components, data integrations, and web services to streamline automation.
- Implement role-based access controls and ensure application security standards are met.
- Integrate AgilePoint with third-party systems (e.g., SharePoint, SQL Server, Salesforce, SAP).
- Perform system testing, debugging, deployment, and documentation.
- Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and performance tuning of existing AgilePoint applications.
- Educate and mentor business users on how to build and manage workflows.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience developing on AgilePoint NX or other low-code BPM platforms (e.g., Appian, Nintex, Power Automate).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0, workflow design, and business process modeling.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, integration patterns, and enterprise architecture concepts.
- Solid understanding of form development, custom widgets, and data binding in AgilePoint.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and data manipulation using JSON/XML.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with AgilePoint cloud and on-premise installations.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile SDLC practices.
- Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, Salesforce, or ERP systems.
