About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional HR Manager to join our team in Pretoria West. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of HR strategies that drive business growth and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile HR department budget according to HR standards
- Conduct research and develop short- and medium-term plans for region’s HR functionality
- Coordinate Training and development of staff
- Develop and maintain HR policies and internal procedures & processes
- Ensure legal compliance on all aspects of the personnel function with special attention to POPIA
- Participate in strategy setting and specific HR Focused Projects
- Ensure compliance with recordkeeping and data processing procedures
Requirements
- Grade 12
- HR degree + MBA or Financial extra degree (advantageous)
- 7 years HR experience in Unionized HR environment
- Experience in Transport / Motor/ Passenger Bus Industry
- Drivers License
- MS Office
- Payroll + Time Attendance systems
- Knowledge of Wage Determination 452, BCEA, LRA and other relevant legislation.
- Human Resources and Payroll Administration & Information Systems.
- Sound and extensive knowledge of Human resource management.
