About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to join our team at a clubhouse restaurant and function venue in Centurion. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation and management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of the kitchen operation
  • Develop and implement new recipes
  • Maintain responsibility for all kitchen control systems and stock management
  • Lead a kitchen brigade and train staff
  • Provide strong kitchen administration skills

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of experience as a sous / head chef in an a la carte restaurant and banqueting environment
  • Extensive knowledge of food preparation and recipe development
  • Strong leadership and training skills
