Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance tasks.

  • Create and maintain maintenance records, logs, and reports.

  • Track work orders, ensuring they are completed on time and according to standards.

  • Manage inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment.

  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.

  • Support compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

  • Assist with budgeting and purchasing for maintenance-related needs.

  • Provide administrative support to the maintenance department.

  • Identify and report equipment failures and safety hazards.

  • Use Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for task tracking and reporting.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical training preferred.

  • 2+ years of experience in a maintenance or facilities coordination role.

  • Experience with CMMS software

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.

  • Knowledge of OSHA and safety protocols is desirable.
