Call Centre Agent (Crypto/Financial Services Industry) (Spanish/Italian) (CPT Onsite)IT – Support ~ Media/Marketing/Sales
Cape Town – Western Cape – South Africa

ENVIRONMENT:
ARE you fluent in English and Spanish or Italian? Then a cutting-edge Crypto-focused Call Centre wants your tech savvy and drive to be its next Call Centre Agent. You will provide world-class customer support for users of its Cryptocurrency ATM network, including wallet setup, transaction assistance, and troubleshooting ATM or exchange issues. This role is ideal for someone passionate about Crypto and delivering exceptional services preferably with previous Call Centre experience, a basic understanding of Cryptocurrency and Blockchain concepts and experience with ticketing systems such as Zendesk & Freshdesk. Applicants must be willing to undergo company-provided Crypto support training and be able to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and occasional after-hours.
DUTIES:
  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and live chats from cryptocurrency clients.
  • Assist with wallet setup, account verification, and transaction troubleshooting.
  • Provide guidance on Crypto ATM usage (deposit/withdrawal).
  • Identify and escalate potential fraud, security, or compliance issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and client experience.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date on Crypto products and security best practices.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Prior Call Centre experience (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Basic understanding of Cryptocurrency and Blockchain concepts.
  • Strong computer literacy and experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.).
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • High level of empathy and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive client data.
  • Shift-based schedule to cover client support hours – Must be flexible to work late shifts, after hours, or weekends as required by business needs.
Qualifications –
  • Matric / High School Diploma required; tertiary education is a plus.
  • FinTech, Finance, or IT experience preferred.
  • Willingness to undergo company-provided Crypto support training.
