- Compile accurate and detailed cost estimates for interior fit-out and commercial projects
- Source and manage supplier pricing, quotations, and cost comparisons
- Handle procurement processes, including placing orders and tracking materials
- Coordinate with design teams, project managers, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution
- Maintain and organize all project-related documentation and records
- Monitor project costs and ensure alignment with budgets and timelines
Requirements:
- Proven experience in interior fit-out, commercial interiors, or shopfitting (essential)
- Strong understanding of estimating and costing processes
- Experience in procurement and supplier coordination
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
